LUXURY EXTENSION CONSULTATION FORM

We are proud to offer hand-tied, tape-in, I-Tip & K-Tip, and V-light extensions to meet every budget and desired appearance. 
To book an extension appointment there is a non-refundable appointment retainer fee of 50% due at the time of booking if you decide to move forward with your reservation. This retainer goes towards the cost of your  appointment so we can reserve the hair for you.  The rest of the 50% is due the day of your reservation. 
Your first extensions placement includes:
-The best luxury extensions on the market.
-Custom coloring on the extensions
-Coloring on your natural hair
-Installation of extensions
-Any cutting & blending necessary to blend 
-Style

PRICING:
Every guest is different and may require a more customized option for them specifically.  Below is the average is what a guest will spend at their first initial appointment.  The hair itself will last 8-10 months with proper care.  So, maintenance  appointments will be a "reinstallation " or color service every 6-8 weeks.  This consultation form gives me the informtion we need to be able to give you exact pricing for your needs. 

GERERAL PRICING FOR HAND TIED EXTENSIONS INTIAL INVESTMENT:

One Row: $1500
Two Row: $2,600
Three Row: $3,700

REINSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS:

Reinstallation  appointments are for the maintenance  of the extensions only. Color is an additional  cost. 

One Row: $300
Two Row: $600
Three Row: $750

COLOR ADD ON: 

Partial highlights: $360
Full Highlights: 400
Base color: $135

*All color appointments include toner, root shadow and blow dry/style*

MAINTENANCE:

Reinstall appointments are every 6-8 weeks. 
Maintenance appointmets can be book as a stand alone appointment or bundled with color as well.  You must arrive to maintenace appointments with clean, dry hair as a wash/blowdry/style is not included (unless color is being performed) in the maintenance appointment. 
Extension hair must be replaced every 8-10 months or sooner if improper care has effected the overall health of the hair.  You are able to replace the hair a few pieces at a time.  Minimum of 4 wefts.
