Salon Policy
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This time frame allows us to accommodate other clients who may need the reserved slot.
To avoid incurring a cancellation fee, please ensure you provide us with at least 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointments. Cancellations made within this window will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the services booked.
We appreciate your understanding that our stylists are compensated based on commissions for each service they provide. Enforcing our 48-hour cancellation policy ensures fairness to our stylists and helps sustain our small business. This policy is designed to benefit both our valued clients and our dedicated team of stylists, especially considering the limited availability of appointments.

RESERVATIONS

Bella Mia Salon requires the use of a credit card for appointment reservations.
A reminder via email and text will be dispatched four days before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure to CONFIRM your appointment upon receipt of the reminder.
Should you wish to modify or cancel, kindly utilize the link provided at the bottom of your confirmation email or text. Alternatively, you may reach out to us via email at ciao@bellamiasalonny.com, through text at (914) 563-7224, or by calling us at (914) 292-5522.


ARRIVALS

As a gesture of consideration for your stylist, we kindly request all clients to be present 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Tardiness may lead to a reduction in the service duration. While we strive to make adjustments within the remaining appointment time, clients arriving late are accountable for the originally reserved service duration.
Please ensure your hair is clean and dry upon arrival. Refrain from applying any root touch-up spray or powder before your appointment, as the presence of these products may impact the assurance of complete coverage during root touch-ups.​

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Should you be dissatisfied with the service for any reason, kindly inform Bella Mia Salon within one week of your appointment.

IMPORTANT

When attending your appointment please wear appropriate  clothing, as items of clothing can get damaged during the process. We will not be held liable for any damages to clothing.  We pride ourselves on offering "the best salon experience you'll ever have", and these policies have been put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your total Bella Mia Salon experience.
